He has more than sixteen years of professional experience in litigation in matters such as civil, commercial, family, administrative, bankruptcy, financial restructuring, asset recoveries, disputes between shareholders, industrial property, insurance matters and multiple and various amparo trials throughout the Republic, as well as in national and international commercial arbitration. Alejandro completed his degree at the Universidad Iberoamericana, has Postgraduate Studies and specialization from the Universidad Panamericana in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, from which he graduated with Honors, as well as studies in International Commercial Arbitration taught by ICC México and the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
